Things are getting pretty serious between Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and 14-time Grammy winner Taylor Swift, who have been together for well over a year.
It was recently reported that Swift is planning to buy a home in Nashville, Tennessee, to be closer to Kelce, the leading vote-getter for the 2025 Pro Bowl games, who lives in Leawood, Kansas. Moving from New York to Nashville would cut Swift’s travel time down from three-and-a-half hour flight to just 90 minutes.
There’s also been reports that the couple are planning an engagement during the NFL offseason and that they could even start having a family not long after that, which would put Kelce’s NFL career in doubt given he’s nearing the end of it.
And while nearly everything appears to be picture-perfect in Kelce and Swift’s relationship, there is one thing Kelce does that Swift isn’t a fan of, a source told the Daily Mail, and it has to do with his fashion sense.
“[Kelce] dresses to impress her and her influence is undeniable,” the source said. “He strives to match her level of fashion perfection and is not afraid to let her pick out an outfit for him to wear on a night out on the town.
“While it can be tricky at times since Travis loves baggy, oversized clothes, and Taylor gravitates toward form-fitting, high-fashion pieces, they manage to find a balance. Travis knows that he doesn’t always nail it when he dresses on his own and that she may not vibe with it, so he is always down to let her take the lead on their outfits.”
Before getting together with Swift, Kelce wore plenty of oversized clothes and some said his fashion sense resembled that of a high school jock than a professional athlete.
But since he’s been dating Swift, Kelce has upped his fashion game, dressing in much more stylish, tighter-fitting clothing, and the two have even coordinated outfits together for their date nights out on the town.
With more eyes on Kelce than ever before, the wardrobe makeover he’s gotten from Swift has given a boost to his personal brand image.
