Taylor Swift is not in attendance for Sunday’s Week 18 matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos.
The Chiefs have already clinched the No. 1 overall seed in the AFC and are resting several key players in preparation for the playoffs, including Swift’s superstar tight end boyfriend Travis Kelce.
While Swift didn’t make the trip for Kansas City’s regular-season finale, she’s expected to be in attendance when the Chiefs begin their postseason push at Arrowhead Stadium.
Swift attended each of the Chiefs’ four playoff games last year, starting with a Wild Card win over the Miami Dolphins and concluding with a Super Bowl victory over the San Francisco 49ers.
With the No. 1 AFC seed this season, the Chiefs earned a first-round bye and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
Swift is expected to be in attendance when Kelce and his squad host a visiting playoff team in the Divisional Round at Arrowhead Stadium. This Round 2 contest will kickoff on either Jan. 18 or 19.
The Chiefs are undefeated with Swift in attendance during postseason play and 13-3 overall. The international music icon most recently attended Kansas City’s Dec. 21 win over the Houston Texans.
This year, the historic NFL franchise is on the hunt for the first Super Bowl three-peat in league history.
