Over the weekend, the 34-year-old wrapped up the first UK leg of her sell-out gigs after performing across the likes of Liverpool, London, Edinburgh and Cardiff.

Taylor has been putting on a showstopping performance every night of the tour so far, which even the likes of Prince William has enjoyed with two of his children Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

While she has been putting a smile on many people’s faces on-camera, Taylor also continues to make a huge difference to those in need by donating to food banks in every city she’s performed in.

The Anti-hero singer’s donation to the Cardiff Foodbank is the largest the charity has ever received, much to the delight of its chief executive Rachel Biggs.

She told The Guardian: “We’re going to buy an articulated lorry full of food and other most-needed items to supplement our emergency food parcels.”

Elaborating on just how much of a difference Taylor’s money has made, she continued: “This will provide the weight equivalent to feeding 1,200 people three meals a day, for three days – or 10,800 meals. This will be 2.5 weeks of what we typically distribute.”

She went on to say that the “breathing space” the funds had given them will enable the team to “lift our heads and shift our focus from the food bank to the creation of a sustainable operation” which helps the people who currently need support to address the root cause of poverty.

Additionally, Rachel adds, it will help with “financial support to set them on the path to not needing our aid any more”.

Taylor has also made a significant difference at St Andrew’s Community Network in Liverpool, which runs 11 food banks and offers long-term food support across a network of eight community pantries.

Praising the singer’s kindness, Chief executive Rich Jones added: “It’s the most incredible gift because of rising prices, rising need and falling donations, we’ve been having to subsidise our food ourselves for a long while.”

The Trussell Trust, an NGO and charity that works to end the need for food banks, has also shared on the platform X: “We’re so grateful to Taylor Swift for donating to food banks on The Eras Tour! She’s put the spotlight on the incredible work food banks are doing to help people facing hunger.

“And while the Eras Tour has moved on (for now)… Taylor’s left a lasting impact. #TSTheErasTour.”

With many now knowing of the singer’s acts of kindness, fans have flocked to social media to praise the popstar.

One wrote: “Taylor Swift has apparently donated enough money to cover the food bills for 11 food banks and 8 community kitchens in Liverpool for a year. She has done more for Liverpool in 3 nights than the Tories have done over 14 years.”

Another echoed as part of a lengthy post: “She is now the world’s largest contributor to eradicating food poverty per capital.

“Her impact in the UK alone makes she’s done more than the Government has to eradicate food poverty in 14 years.”

A third typed: “Taylor Swift makes a major donation to food banks in every single city she tours in. She doesn’t do it for publicity. She never announces the donation herself. It only comes to light if the foodbank themselves announces it. That’s who she is.”
