A young fan approached him and asked for an autograph on his jersey but he declined saying that he couldn’t sign for everyone and make everyone happy’They told me I can’t do anymore … I was signing stuff, and they said I was taking too long,’ Mahomes could be be overheard telling a group of fans.

 

 

Although Mahomes had previously signed many autographs during the event, he claimed he was asked to limit them to avoid disrupting the gameplay

 

 

 

Despite Mahomes self-imposed rule about the autograph signing, it didn’t stop one eager youngster from asking for a favor from the football superstar.Mr. Mahomes, will you sign my jersey when you’re done?’ the young fan could be heard politely asking.

 

Incredibly, Mahomes refused: ‘Can’t sign for everyone … can’t make everybody happy,’ he replied.The boy’s dad jumped in – standing up for his son: ‘Yeah, you can … you can just make one kid happy out of a hundred.’

Mahomes was quick to reply, ‘I’ll make 99 sad.’

‘That’s alright … one out of 99, at least it ain’t zero percent,’ the father replied
