Prince Harry lost his battle with U.K. newspaper Mail on Sunday. The dispute began last year when the Duke of Sussex posted a photo that the paper claimed intentionally misled his 11.1 million followers.

Headlined “Drugged and tethered… what Harry didn’t tell you about those awe-inspiring wildlife photos,”

Harry complained to the Independent Press Standard.

Harry had argued that the full unedited photos were published on the royal family website in 2016 and have been available for anyone to see.

Adding that it was not necessary to explicitly state that the animals had been sedated or tethered as this would be understood by readers.
