Prince Harry is keeping active in Santa Barbara, spotted leaving a gym just days after news surfaced that he will return to the UK without Meghan Markle.
The Duke of Sussex was seen exiting a Santa Barbara fitness centre last Friday following what looked to be a rigorous gym session.
The outing comes after news broke that Harry will return to the UK for the first anniversary of Queen Elizabeth’s passing.
Meghan Markle, however, will not be travelling with him. While Harry will return home, sources claim he is not planning to mingle with his Royal family.
Donning an all-black ensemble, Harry kept it relaxed with a tee, shorts, and athletic shoes. In the photos, Harry rounded off his laid-back outfit with a navy cap adorned with California’s state flag grizzly bear. Harry carried a carton of water and a little green ball alongside his go-to wristbands as he departed the centre.
The gym is not far from the Montecito residence he shares with Meghan and his two kids, Archie and Lilibet
Despite Meghan recently appearing in public without her engagement ring, Harry continued to sport his wedding ring at the gym. His recent outing also comes after news that the Duke will attend the WellChild Awards on September 7.
Harry’s schedule is clear the following day, which marks the first anniversary of Queen Elizabeth’s death.
Sources told The Daily Mail that when Harry travels back to the UK, he doesn’t intend to meet up with King Charles or Prince William. Charles and William are currently in Balmoral, Scotland, ahead of the anniversary.
There is no indication that Harry will have time to meet up with them after his event. Additionally, Meghan will reportedly stay behind in California while her husband travels abroad.
