The mother of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Randi Mahomes, was shocked by what she discovered online after running her name into popular search engine Google.The Mahomes family is under additional scrutiny following the arrest of the QB’s younger brother Jackson Mahomes.
The 23-year-old has been hit with multiple criminal charges after being accused of forcibly kissing a Kansas City restaurant owner, and he’s set to have his day in court.Randi recently did something lots of people have done at least one time:
typing their name in Google to see what comes up. She claimed to be in shock after seeing the results, which include lots of stuff she says is untrue.“I use to think if i needed to know something i would google it,” she tweeted on Friday. “Why didn’t anyone tell me that is bs…. I googled myself and found out all kinds of things i wish was true.. and some i wish were not. But totally so much fake news.
Smh.”Randi hasn’t directly addressed Jackson’s case but took to Instagram this week to wish the TikTok star a happy 23rd birthday.While Patrick has remained mum on the saga, at least publicly, both his mom and his wife Brittany have shown Jackson support online, with the latter sharing some cryptic quotes to her IG Story a few days ago.
The youngster was seeking permission to speak to four people he was banned from contacting per the terms of his bond. He has since been cleared to speak to three of the four.
