Looking at ease on the water, Hilary successfully stayed on her blue board as she weaved inbetween the frothy waves.
She took a much deserved breather from her vigorous workout as she lay on her sports equipment happily chatting to her surf instructor.
Noticeably absent from her North Pacific Ocean was her young son Luca, who she had with ex husband and Canadian retired hockey pro Mike Comrie.
