Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce runs a very successful podcast with his brother, Jason Kelce, entitled “New Heights.” The show has had more than a few big-name guests through the years. However, one celebrity that fans have been clamoring for is Kelce’s girlfriend Taylor Swift.
On Monday, the podcast revealed their next guest for their Christmas Eve episode. While it won’t be the “Eras Tour” headliner, fans were still excited to learn that Kylie Kelce, Jason Kelce’s better half, will be the special guest for the next show.
Kylie Kelce recently launched her own podcast, “Not Gonna Lie,” which has been received well by the fans. As such, it comes as no surprise that supporters are already very much looking forward to hearing the banter between Jason and Kylie Kelce on the pod, with Travis Kelce serving as a bit of an in-between for the husband-and-wife duo.
More than a few users on social media, however, could not help but notice what appeared to be a Taylor Swift hint in the podcast’s post. “New Heights” purposely separated the phrase “actually love” in their caption, which supporters believe is a reference to Swift’s favorite holiday movie, “Love Actually.”
In a previous episode of the podcast, Travis Kelce stated that he had no intention of watching the popular 2003 classic film. It is unclear if the Chiefs star knew that his girlfriend previously admitted that she adores the movie. Either way, Kelce made it clear that he was not adding “Love Actually” to his lineup of Christmas movies.
The fans on X, however, did not miss the nod from “New Height’s” post. In fact, they have been left curious if this hint means that Swift is going to be popping in on the show soon.
“we are being FED ” wrote a Taylor Swift fan account.
“Can’t wait!!! Those are the best!!! Any talk of Taylor coming on the show since she’s done with her absolutely amazing Eras Tour? ” asked another.
“You know Taylor will be listening,” surmised a user.
“one step closer to an episode with Taylor ” a comment read.
“Tay when??” questioned another.
“they’ll talk about tay’s favourite movie without tay,” remarked a fan.
At this point, it would probably be safe to assume that both Travis and Jason Kelce may have had a change of heart in terms of watching “Love Actually.” It was Kylie Kelce who suggested that they watch the film so that they could review it, which might just happen on the upcoming podcast episode.
As for Travis Kelce and the Chiefs, they will be in action on Christmas Day. The two-time defending champs travel to the Acrisure Stadium to face the Russell Wilson and Pittsburgh Steelers.
