A few months ago, news broke that Emily Ratajkowski and Sebastian Bear-McClard were starting divorce proceedings after four years of marriage and one child together.
Weeks later, the model’s followers also discovered the reasons behind the split. A look at Ratajkowski’s Twitter account showed that the model had liked several posts about Sebastian’s alleged infidelity.
“Under a patriarchy, there’s this premise of men ‘getting women’ and ‘pulling them’ like there’s something to possess,” she said.
“As a recently single person who is thinking about dating and stuff, I’ve really seen that with my friends and with the conversations around it.”
