Ace gymnast Simone Biles is all set for a thrilling comeback. The gymnastics queen is all girded up to grace her beloved arena in August with US Classics Championships. However, she’s not the only one creating a stir among her fandom. Other than preparing for the upcoming season, he recently organized a football training camp with children.
Earlier in July, Owens shared pictures from the camp held in his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri. It served as a platform for young athletes to learn football. Along with his family, he personally packed green and yellow jerseys and shorts for the children participating, symbolic of the team he plays for.
In a recent video, Owens shared all the beautiful moments that unfolded on the field that day.onathan Owens took to Instagram to share a recap video of the entire event he hosted at the Christian Brothers College High School. The video was filmed by filmmaker Drew Brown,
better known as ‘The Film Lord’. The event was a collaboration between the Jonathan Owens Foundation and the BamFam Foundation. The latter is a non-profit that works on empowering at-risk youth through the medium of team sports.
Owens wrote in his post, “Just trying to make a difference however we can”. His friends, family, and wife Simone Biles, all expressed their admiration and pride for him in response to the post. Biles left a comment, as well, writing, “Doing great things for the kids & community. I’m so happy for you, baby! Keep going”.
Kids aged 5 through 12 were participants in the camp.
It provided them with a special chance to learn from a seasoned NFL player and his committed staff. In the video, there is also a glimpse of the kids talking about how much they enjoyed the event and what they loved about it.
