Brittany Mahomes gave birth to her third baby with Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes—a daughter named Golden Raye Mahomes—on Jan. 12.
The couple announced the news in a joint Instagram post Jan. 13, sharing an adorable photo of their hands cradling their baby girl’s feet.
The pair—who share daughter Sterling, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze”, 2—first shared that the Sports Illustrated Swim model was pregnant in July with a joint Instagram post captioned, “Round three, here we come,” sealed with a white heart. But their game plan dates back more than a decade.
Brittany and Patrick started out as high school sweethearts—even going to prom together back in 2014.
Which means the early days of their romance were documented via snaps and Instagram posts of their support for one another during their collegiate careers while she was playing soccer at University of Texas at Tyler and he was leading the squad at Texas Tech.
