Dixon alleges that Perry first approached him at an event in 2019, asked for his phone number, and hinted at the possibility of a role. In January 2020, Perry reportedly invited him to his Atlanta residence. Dixon claims that after consuming too much alcohol, he passed out in a guest room, where Perry allegedly climbed into bed with him and touched his thighs. Although Dixon says he rejected the advances, Perry supposedly remained interested.

Shortly afterward, Dixon was cast in The Oval, but alleges that Perry began sending him s*xually suggestive messages, inquiring about his preferences and stating that he has s*x with men.

Dixon further claims that Perry invited him back to Atlanta, where the situation escalated. He says Perry initiated a s*xually charged conversation, asked if he “likes it rough in bed,” and then grabbed him by the throat, saying, “Look how excited you just got.” Dixon states that he pushed Perry away, ending the encounter.
