Justin Bieber has sparked concern among fans over his marriage to Hailey shortly after he unfollowed his father-in-law, Stephen Baldwin, on Instagram.

The Baby hitmaker, 30 – who recently unfollowed his former mentor Usher – was previously embroiled in split speculation with the model, 28, late last year following their sixth wedding anniversary.

In August 2024, the couple – who tied the knot in 2018 – welcomed their son Jack Blues to the world.

However, Bieber has raised a few eyebrows by unfollowing a number of people on social media including Usher, his former manager Scooter Braun, and Ryan Good – who was the best man at Justin’s wedding.

The singer also made the decision to unfollow his father-in-law, 58, which has reignited worry among fans that his relationship with Hailey could be rocky.

On Reddit, one suggested, ‘It’s so he doesn’t have to deal with her dad when the divorce happens,’ while another added, ‘Honestly what if he wants a divorce and doesn’t want to deal with Hailey’s dad.’

Over on X, fans offered more opinions, with one sharing, ‘I believe JB wants to go back to his life before getting married.’

‘He’s starting to realize that his entire team manipulated and controlled him through his marriage. HB goes along with it because she doesn’t want to end up among the trash he throws away.’

Another wrote, ‘Oh divorce on its way,’ while an X user penned, ‘I mean, his own daughter doesn’t follow him.’

‘Um what’s going on?’ a fan questioned, and one shared, ‘Justin is entertaining himself by unfollowing and blocking toxic people i love it.’

A social media user admitted, ‘I’m not sad about this unfollowing spree at all,’ while one typed out, ‘Stephen talks every chance he gets about Jack or Hailey and Justins marriage ugh he’s annoying.’

But why! Why unfollowed by his father-in-law,’ a fan also added upon hearing the news.

On his main Instagram page, Justin no longer follows Stephen and the actor also does not follow Bieber. Instead, The Usual Suspects star follows his daughter Hailey and a number of fan accounts.

It comes not long after Stephen made comments about his grandson Jack during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

The star – who withdrew from the competition series Special Forces – told the outlet, ‘My first grandson is better than Special Forces.’

‘He’s a little soldier in his own right already…Jack Blues, I think considering who the mom and dad are, this kid’s gonna be cute and creative, so I’m looking forward to it.’

Earlier this month, Justin and Hailey shut down split rumors when they paused for a flirty photo together which was shared to Instagram.

In the selfie, the singer could be seen kissing the Rhode founder as they spent time at the beach at sunset.

The Peaches hitmaker penned in the caption of the post, ‘Um. Goin anywhere with u bb. Happy new year.’

Last month in December, Hailey also shared her own shock response to trolls who speculated that both she and Justin had split.

At the time, the beauty reposted a video from TikTok by user @eyegotthyme where he said, ‘You’re not well and it’s okay.’

She shared the reel to her Instagram stories and added her own caption which read: ‘Me to all of you on the internet.’

The model seemingly was responding to TikToker Sloan Hooks who speculated that the married couple were allegedly feuding.

In another video, Hooks shared to her followers, ‘I’m sorry Justin and Hailey Bieber. I’m not trying to cause all this chaos.’

‘It seems like she’s pretty upset with me. I am sorry. I am not trying to upset anyone, I’m just reporting on what is happening on social media and unfortunately your messy situation has been brought to social media.’

Concern for their marriage began last year in February when Hailey’s father, Stephen, took to social media where he asked for ‘prayers’ for his daughter and Justin.

However, not long after the model’s pregnancy announcement, fans suggested that the post had possibly been linked to the baby news.

A source recently told Page Six that both Hailey and Justin ‘couldn’t be happier’ as they raise their son, but are not in any rush to welcome more children.

The insider stated that the couple ‘have discussed having more kids, but for right now, they’re happy with where things are at.’

‘Hailey feels incredibly blessed to be celebrating her first Christmas as a mom. When Justin asked Hailey what she wanted for Christmas this year, she really couldn’t think of anything because she has everything she could ever want.’

The two stars are ‘still adjusting to life as parents of a newborn’ and added for the pair, ‘every day is a learning experience.’

‘They couldn’t be happier. Hailey has seen a whole different side to Justin since becoming a father and she’s more in love with him than ever.’

Bieber’s latest unfollow of his father-in-law comes shortly after he stopped following Usher on Instagram, per The Sun.

Justin’s follower list confirms that he is no longer following the performer, but Usher’s Instagram page confirms that he still follows the younger performer.

The Baby singer – who is reportedly plotting a musical comeback tour for later this year – also appeared to have unfollowed several other people who had been a major part of his orbit in previous years.

DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for both Bieber and Usher for comment.

Fans noticed that Bieber was no longer following Usher just over a week after eagle-eyed users noticed that he was no longer following his former manager Scooter Braun.

However, Braun had also deactivated his Instagram account at the time, which would have also removed him from Bieber’s list of followed accounts.

Fans also noticed that Bieber was no longer following Allison Kaye, his former manager from SB Projects, as well as Kenny Hamilton, who served as his bodyguard for a short time in the late 2000s.

Poo Bear, a singer–songwriter who served on a producer on several of Justin’s albums, including his most recent 2021’s Justice, received similar treatment.

Also now missing from Bieber’s followed list is Ryan Good, the creative director of his Drew House fashion label.
